GRANDSTREAM GBX20 Extension Module

The Grandstream GBX20 Extension Module enhances compatible Grandstream IP phones by adding a 4.3″ (272×480) TFT color LCD display and 20 dual-color programmable keys. Each module supports up to 40 contacts or extensions, and up to four modules can be connected to a single phone, allowing for a total of 160 programmable keys.

This module is designed for environments with high call volumes, such as reception desks or call centers, where quick access to multiple lines and features is essential. The programmable keys can be configured for various functions, including Busy Lamp Field (BLF), Speed Dial, Call Park/Pick-up, Presence, Intercom, Conference, Transfer, and Forward.

The GBX20 is powered and controlled by the host phone, ensuring seamless integration and ease of use. It is compatible with the following Grandstream IP phones:

• GRP2615: Carrier-grade IP phone

• GXV3350: IP video phone
